I process, and prepare all the food that I sell the way your mother might, at my home in Holladay, Utah, where I live with my beautiful wife and two beautiful children (and one more on the way!) I have a garden there, that I use to make an honest effort at supplying my food operation with added value in the form of beautiful organic backyard produce. I also have a state of the art catering truck where I do a big chunk of our food prep. The truck is also available for use on-site, at your next event.

Venison chili was delicious and not your traditional chili. The fresh herbs really take it to the next level. The warm bacon salad dressing on the Napa cabbage is my new favorite salad. Altogether the meal was a an unexpected combination that rocked!!!

Hands down the best lasagne we have ever eaten!! My husband spent two years in Italy and has since sampled many restaurant’s attempts to get it right. Andy got it right!

Andy’s take on my favorite sandwich was original and delicious!
All of the ingredients were top flight, including an amazing challah bread, and a citrus rosemary custard that really made the sandwich special. As we were building the sandwiches ourselves, we could customize to our particular tastes (me - more apricot preserves, husband - more Swiss cheese). The home-made potato chips were light and crunchy. Just perfect. There were large portions for four, and I could easily have served six.

Our family has enjoyed three Mother meals. Salmon, chilaquiles, and eggplant parmesan. All were delicious and there was plenty of food for the six of us.

We had Andy come do a Family catering event and my fam is still talking about how perfect the food was prepared and tasted. Great night!! Thanks again Andy and we will definitely be booking another event soon :)

We really enjoyed these poke bowls, particularly the tako kimchi. The curry peach vinaigrette for the salad was incredible. Never had a dressing like that before. Good job by Andy!

The sauces, guajillo, vegan salsa roja and the pineapple pico de Gallo. So delicious! And the sauce that was prepared in the enchiladas, amazing! So delicious, the vegan enchiladas, were prepared with mushrooms and onion. Chef you out did yourself, we weren’t disappointed as first time supper club enjoyers!!!

The Tom ka was better than I've had in any restaurant! Every week I am seriously blown away by the food Andy prepares! The main dish is always spectacular, but the salad is not to be brushed aside- it's often the highlight! His salad dressings are from-scratch and so delicious.
I love the fresh ingredients each week, and I'm not sure how he keeps coming up with these amazing recipes. Always new and fresh, and that is why we come back to Mother EVERY SINGLE WEEK!

This Lasagna Bolognese was amazing! The lasagna was all prepped and ready for me to easily put in the oven. The salad was ready to go in easy containers too! I really enjoyed that this lasagna had veggies inside too. You can completely tell that everything was made from scratch and tastes so gourmet! My whole family loved this meal - We will definitely be ordering again!

This was my first order from Supper Club and Chef Andy did not disappoint. All the ingredients were clearly marked in separate containers and preparation was a snap. I felt like a chef in my own home! The Caesar salad with homemade dressing and croutons was crisp and clean. The grits had an authentic slightly chewy texture which I think is superior to the ultra creamy style. The shrimp and mushroom component was seasoned perfectly and was made all the better with the addition of homemade red eye gravy. Chef Andy added some fun and unexpected garnishes to top everything off. The quantities of the sides would indeed serve four to six but I feel the protein came up a little short. Four to five ounces more would have been perfect. I am very impressed and am anxious to try more meals.

This collaboration between Andy & Rob was culinary perfection. The Tokyo Nachos were fresh, delicious and had perfect texture. How can Vegan Ramen have SO much flavor?! I took my leftover broth & recreated yet another tasty meal. Can’t wait to try more...

Each meal we have ordered has surpassed our expectations, and we have enjoyed the ease of a "take out" meal that we can easily put together and cook at home, especially in light of everyone staying home!
The Tokyo nachos and veggie ramen were by far my favorite! The collaboration with chef Rob Hale was genius! We had the dine-in experience of fine sushi at home, a rare treat for us! The quality of ingredients, that were prepared and easily put together blew me away.
We order Mother meals every week (sometimes two meals), and can only hope for another mash-up with guest chefs again soon!

This meal was insanely good. We enjoyed every bite. It was fun and easy to put together with how organized the supper club bag was. The tokyo nachos were a big hit. Will definitely be ordering Supper Club again!
