This Lasagna Bolognese was amazing! The lasagna was all prepped and ready for me to easily put in the oven. The salad was ready to go in easy containers too! I really enjoyed that this lasagna had veggies inside too. You can completely tell that everything was made from scratch and tastes so gourmet! My whole family loved this meal - We will definitely be ordering again!
This was my first order from Supper Club and Chef Andy did not disappoint. All the ingredients were clearly marked in separate containers and preparation was a snap. I felt like a chef in my own home! The Caesar salad with homemade dressing and croutons was crisp and clean. The grits had an authentic slightly chewy texture which I think is superior to the ultra creamy style. The shrimp and mushroom component was seasoned perfectly and was made all the better with the addition of homemade red eye gravy. Chef Andy added some fun and unexpected garnishes to top everything off. The quantities of the sides would indeed serve four to six but I feel the protein came up a little short. Four to five ounces more would have been perfect. I am very impressed and am anxious to try more meals.
