Pumpkin Cheesecake
This gelato transitions us into fall and holidays! To add an Italian twist, the smooth, creamy texture comes from mascarpone, with a pop of pumpkin pie spice. To give it that “cheesecake crust” I added some crushed biscoff cookies on top. It’s simply divine.
